Initial Logo Concepts
Each logo design package includes a specific number of initial logo concepts, as clearly stated in the selected package.
You may choose your preferred concept from the initial concepts provided. The number of concepts included in your package cannot be exchanged for additional concepts.
A request for a completely new concept outside the concepts included in your package may be considered additional design work and may incur an additional charge.
Revisions
The number of revisions depends on the package you purchase.
Where your selected package includes unlimited revisions, we will make reasonable revisions to the selected concept without additional revision charges.
Revisions are intended to improve or refine an existing concept. A request to completely replace the original concept with a new direction may be treated as a new design request.
Payment Schedule
Payment or an agreed deposit is required before design work begins.
We do not normally commence work until the required upfront payment has been received. This helps establish the project agreement and ensures that both the customer and Business Logo Design Australia are committed to the project.
Any remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid before final files or source files are released.
Payment Methods
We recommend using the payment methods provided or approved by Business Logo Design Australia.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details, unsuccessful transactions or issues with third-party payment providers.
Project Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and clear instructions required to complete their logo design.
This may include the business name, preferred colours, style, industry, examples, wording and other relevant requirements.
Delays in providing information or feedback may affect the estimated delivery time.
Delivery
We aim to complete projects within the delivery timeframe stated in the relevant package.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by project complexity, revision requests, delays in receiving customer feedback or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Final Design Files
Once the final logo has been approved and all required payments have been completed, we will provide the file formats included in your selected package.
Depending on the package, files may include JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI or other specified formats.
Only the file types listed in the purchased package are included.
Ownership of Final Design
After full payment has been received, ownership of the final approved logo design created for the customer will be transferred to the customer, subject to any applicable third-party rights or licensing requirements.
Unused concepts, rejected concepts, drafts and preliminary design work remain the property of Business Logo Design Australia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-Provided Content
If you provide images, fonts, artwork, trademarks, business names, slogans or other materials for use in your project, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to use them.
Business Logo Design Australia is not responsible for copyright or trademark claims relating to materials supplied by the customer.
Approval of Final Design
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the final design before approving it.
Once a design has been approved as final, additional changes or alterations may be treated as new work and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because design work requires time and creative resources, refunds may not be available once work has commenced. Any cancellation or refund request will be considered based on the stage of the project and work already completed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed, Business Logo Design Australia may display completed logo designs in our portfolio, website, social media and promotional materials to showcase our work.
If you require confidentiality or do not want your completed design displayed publicly, please contact us before the project is completed.
Changes to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to update our packages, services, pricing and website information from time to time.
The price and package features applicable to your order will generally be those agreed at the time you place your order.
Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, access unauthorised systems or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Business Logo Design Australia will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
